Foods that have great impact on your eye health

Carrot
Rich sources of vitamin A like carrots, peaches, papaya, spinach that will work wonders to preserve eye health.
leafy vegetables
Dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale, collard greens and dark green lettuce (think Romaine), must be on the menu.
Egg
Egg yolks are known to be a great source of nutrition.
Fish Oil
Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in fish oil, such as salmon, sardines, tuna and mackerel.
Nuts
Nuts and seeds: Such as almonds, nuts, apricots are rich sources of Vitamin E.
Strawberry
Fruits (especially those rich in vitamin C): Eat Strawberry,Oranges and Mangoes.
