Always start your day with 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water. You can also add a few drops of lemon that helps detoxification of vital organs.
Never drink cold water instead drink room temperature or slightly warm water.
Drink 1-2 glasses water 30-45 minutes before and after food.
Never drink water while having food.
Make sure that you consume minimum of 8-10 glasses of water every day.
Include more of liquids in your diet plan e.g. tender coconut water, soups, rasam, lemon water and ORS etc.
Strictly avoid all kind of canned and packaged drinks and cold drinks etc.
Try to have green and other herbal tea instead of regular tea and coffee.
Keep your water bottle along with you while travelling.
While at home you can keep 2-3 bottles (1liters) filled and drink water from these only whenever you need to, so that you have an idea how much water you have consumed during a day.
While in office keep drinking water from your own bottle at regular intervals so that you have a check on how much water have you consumed.
Keep passing urine as soon as you feel like so that you don't feel heavy.
